Paul Mansell and Elisabeth Pfeiffer will spend five days teaching “Classical Ukulele with a Hawaiian Touch”. Sharing a similar artistic background, Paul and Elisabeth especially enjoy co-teaching and have developed a collaborative workshop style that combines technical precision, musicality, and a relaxed atmosphere for learning.
To ensure personal attention and a supportive learning environment, the Bavarian Ukulele Retreat is limited to a maximum of 35 participants. Workshops will reflect both Paul’s and Elisabeth’s individual areas of expertise, and some sessions may be divided into smaller groups according to experience level and playing background.
A detailed workshop and daily schedule will be announced closer to the event.
Accommodation will be at Franziskushaus, a modest but comfortable guest house within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants, and supermarkets. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms and can also be arranged as double rooms. As the house calculates accommodation costs per person, the retreat pricing follows the same structure. While additional meals are available at the guest house, only breakfast is included in the accommodation package.
